Getting Holiday-Ready with L'Occitane
Updated: Jun 7
When getting ready for a holiday party or evening out, there's nothing like taking a little extra time to pamper yourself. I mean, that's one of the best parts of the night. Am I right? Pour a little bubbly, put on some tunes and beautify! (Maybe this is why I'm always pressed for time when getting ready for a function)
Whether I have hours to get ready or just 20 minutes, I have a few go-to products that help me feel put together and refreshed. I love L'Occitane's products because they feel so luxurious. Seriously -- I feel like a million bucks whenever I use their products. Their hand creams, which have 20% shea butter, are a personal favorite. In the winter, my hands tend to get especially dry and I love how hydrating their creams feel. L'Occitane's shea butter hand cream has become a worldwide best-seller -- making it a perfect gift.
They're featuring a beautiful hand cream bouquet this holiday season called Un Pour Toi, Un Pour Moi (One for you, One for me). As the name suggests, it's a collection that features two gifts in one, great for sharing this holiday with everyone on your list.
This gift set includes two hand cream trios including:
- Shea Butter Citrus Hand Cream Net Wt. 1 oz. - Cherry Blossom Hand Cream Net Wt. 1 oz. - Shea Butter Rose Hand Cream Net Wt. 1 oz. - Shea Butter Hand Cream Net Wt. 1 oz. - Shea Butter Vanilla Hand Cream Net Wt. 1 oz.
- Lavender Hand Cream Net Wt. 1 oz.
This set features a nice variety of creams and scents, and the size is perfect for carrying on-the-go. Click on the photo below for all the deets.
As Christian Dior said, "Perfume is the indispensable complement to the personality of women, the finishing touch on a dress." Is there anything more elegant than a few spritzes of good perfume? I recently fell in love with one of L'Occitane's fragrances, Terre de Lumiere. It's inspired by the Golden Hour -- right before the sun sets when the light embraces the sky. It's delicate yet zesty with aromas of lavender, honey and almond from the South of France.
I wish I could transmit this scent through my laptop screen, because I know you'll love it as much as I do. It's always fun to have a new fragrance for the holiday season or to welcome the new year. And how gorgeous is this bottle?
Tip: Spray on the pulse points of the body: neck, chest, wrists, behind the ears.
