5 Looks for New Year's Eve
Updated: Jun 7, 2020
Can you believe that 2017 is coming to a close? If you're looking for outfit ideas to welcome the new year in style, I've rounded up some stylish and affordable options, while offering a recommendation of where to ring in 2018 if you're in the Tampa Bay area.
While one of my New Year's resolutions is to travel more, I've always enjoyed being a tourist in my own town. I recently visited the Epicurean Hotel, a boutique hotel in South Tampa, which is where these photos were photographed. I could write pages upon pages of why I love this hotel. In a nutshell, it's the perfect place to staycation or just visit for brunch or a night out. With that being said -- if you're in the Tampa Bay area for New Year's Eve, you should make your way over to the Epicurean for dinner, cocktails or a rooftop toast.
I absolutely love their rooftop bar, EDGE, which features views of Bayshore Boulevard and the Tampa skyline. It's become one of my favorite places to enjoy a cocktail because of its vibe and of course, delicious drinks. Epicurean's drink list features expertly crafted cocktails, a curated wine list and craft beers -- so there's definitely something for everyone's taste. On New Year's Eve, EDGE is offering $10 glasses of Veuve Clicquot all night, party favors and a complimentary champagne toast. Does it get much better than that?
The Epicurean has become a place where my family has celebrated many milestones, from birthdays to retirement dinners. Their service is exceptional, food is exquisite and it's convenient to many boutiques and local attractions.
Of course, you'll need something fabulous to wear to kiss 2017 goodbye. Here's a few options for New Year's Eve that are all $130 or less.
What are you planning to do for NYE? Would love to hear how you're ringing in 2018. I'm beyond grateful for the support each of you have offered over the past year and can't wait to continue providing content that can inspire your wardrobe and life in 2018.
