What to Wear: 3 Looks for Valentine's Day

Updated: Jun 7, 2020

Whether you're single, in a committed relationship or "it's complicated," Valentine's Day is always a good excuse to dress up.

While classic reds and pinks are a quintessential choice, black ensembles paired with a bold red lip are also a stylish choice. If you're planning to enjoy a romantic dinner with your boo or intending on a night out with your girls, I've rounded up a few outfit ideas to help you dress to impress.

I instantly fell in love with this dress from Nordstrom, which is a part of Topshop's luxury collection. The bandage style design reminded me of Herve Leger, but had a much more affordable price tag. The fit and flare line creates a trendy, yet flirty look and I always love a strappy back. I've found similar options that are all under $200, including a discounted Herve Leger, which I'm linking below.

I paired this dress with my favorite pair of Steve Madden nude heels.

I literally wear these heels with everything (except for athletic wear).

Seriously, they've become a staple in my wardrobe.

They elongate legs AND are comfortable. Does it get much better than that?

Red is such a confident, vibrant color and of course, screams Valentine's Day.

However, if you're looking for more neutral tones, blush is an elegant choice that's perfectly on trend. I love pairing this color with gold and nude accessories.

And as you know, I'm always a fan of a classic LBD. Here are a few stylish (and sexy) options.

What are your plans for Valentine's Day? As always, thanks for reading!
